Augustine Crookston, now thirty eight, has spent the past fifteen years working in real estate. Augustine Crookston has lived most of his life in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he studied at a local community college. From there, Augustine Crookston became a self taught real estate master in the state of Nevada. Augustine Crookston is self taught when it comes to real estate, having found a passion for it after graduating from community college.
Augustine Crookston is not content with just his building his client base, and it is continuing to grow, he is also focused on teaching his perfect blend of passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism to others, which all stems from Augustine Crookston’s main rule: putting the client over profits.
“This is a business, and I am concerned with making money,” Augustine Crookston says, “but that doesn’t mean I do not also have the time to work with our clients and understand their needs. If the first house we look at is a perfect fit for the family that’s great, but that does not always happen. What’s most important is that the client’s needs are met, and I work very closely with my clients to ensure that. For me there is nothing more satisfying than finding the perfect new home for a family, seeing the joy in their faces, and knowing the future that will bud in that house.”
Augustine Crookston‘s wonderful approach to real estate has worked to great effect. As former client, Tiffany Buxton, explains, “When my husband and I had our first child, we knew our one bedroom apartment was not going to be enough, and it was time to move on. We went to Augustine’s workplace to find our next step. Admittedly it took a while, but he finally did find us our perfect home! A beautiful little rancher right downtown!”
Augustine Crookston’s main goal is not profit or unloading difficult properties, but finding the perfect home for his clients. “I’m not in it just for the money. I know many brokers are content to just sell, sell, sell, but that is not my objective,” explains Augustine Crookston, “it is also to find my clients the perfect home.”
