Sauna the key to healthy living
In our current stressed filled lives, it has become very difficult to maintain our health. Lives have become busy and individuals have very less time to spend for healthy living. However, for every problem
there is a solution. Similarly, healthy living has its solution in the form of Sauna. Sauna has been considered a good way for detoxication and rejuvenating your senses. Saunas are basically of two types:
Traditional Sauna and Infrared Saunas. However, in the recent times, Traditional sauna has been replaced by the infrared one. Various medical reports suggest that the heat generated from infrared saunas
go deeper into the skin and thus are more effective. In the infrared type, unlike the traditional type wherein a heater is used, there exists an infrared lamp the emits infrared heat that heats the room but
does not heat the air, ensuring that the person breathes comfortably. The ideal temperature is considered to be between 104 and 140 degrees F which neither creates pressure on the heart nor irritates the
skin. Generally it is observed that after a traditional sauna people tend to either take a cold water bath or swim because the body feels extremely exhausted and hot. However, this is not the case with
infrared as they don’t spread that severe heat also and as also as they don’t heat the air, individuals can comfortably sit for minimum 30 minutes in the infrared saunas.
Health benefits due to Infrared Sauna:Though saunas have many health and skin benefits here are some of the health benefits of the saunas:

in blood circulation helps increase in metabolism that helps to lose weight and also helps strengthen heart.
