Show delegates offered a free branded advergame campaign for 2 weeks
London, 19th May 2015 – M-BIZ Global, global provider of mobile gaming and marketing solutions, announced today that their new industry-leading solution – Branded Mini-Games will be showcasing at Ad Tech in San Francisco (Stand NX1). An estimated crowd of 8,000 industry professionals and visitors are attending this event. Show delegates will be offered a free trial of the solution, enabling their brand to be transformed into an advergame with social competitions for a 2 week period.
Branded Mini-Games (www.brandedminigames.com) is a HTML5 mobile marketing solution that allows brands to gamify their advertising campaigns with social competitions. Unlike apps, which require users to go through the trouble of downloading from an app store, this browser-based solution is compatible across all devices and platforms – as long as the user has access to an internet browser. With pre-built game templates, they can easily be re-skinned and customised to a brand’s desired look and feel. The platform also includes social gaming functions such as sharing and leaderboards, allowing brands to hold competitions to give away prizes and discount vouchers.
Hyong Kim, President of M-BIZ Global, commented, “Advergames are not a new advertising trend – but they have primarily been focused around PC web-based games as opposed to a mobile-based experience. Typically, mobile native app advergames have high development costs and long turnaround times, and this doesn’t justify the ROI for advertisers. Thanks to HTML5 technology and our social gaming platform, Branded Mini Games has become extremely cost and time efficient.”
According to Hyong Kim, users enjoy personable interactions with the brand’s advergame and become more receptive to what the brand wants to offer them – resulting in an average of 88% engagement rate, with1 in 3 of Branded Mini-Games users providing the brand with their contact details after playing the advergame.
Branded Mini-Games will be showcasing two types of services on offer including the recently launched BMG Studio and BMG Enterprise. BMG Studio is a free online advergame creator, with premium features, that allows customers to create interactive branded games by themselves, choosing from various customizable game templates. With added social gaming features, users can play, share, invite and compete with their friends on a leaderboard. BMG Enterprise caters to brands and agencies who want a more customised, managed service.
Attendees who visit the Branded Mini-Games pod stand (NX1) will also be introduced to companies that have successfully implemented Branded Mini-Games, including KFC, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and luxury fashion brand, Mandarina Duck. Many of these case studies have yielded above market expectations and customer retention rates.
